Wembley E05 is a residential building containing three individual high rise blocks. The overall service installation is built up of low temperature hot water, mains cold water, boosted cold water and the hot water service throughout blocks H, I and K (17 floors, 22 floors and 10 floors respectively).
LTHW – Connecting onto the district heating plate heat exchanger. A small plantroom area within the basement which then services individual risers within three apartment blocks.
MCWS/BCWS –The domestic cold water services from building entry, through the tank room and distributing throughout the risers within three apartment blocks.
DHWS – The domestic hot water service was taken off the district heating distributing to the risers within three apartment blocks.
Each service was terminated 500mm inside the apartment entrance for completion by other parties.
