Martin Shaw

CEO/Chairman

Martin has been an integral part of the business from the day it was founded, continuing to be heavily involved in business liaison and development.

Andy Carr

Managing Director

Andy has developed very strong relationships with suppliers, customers and staff alike, and he has a particularly strong interest in health & safety legislation.

Kevin Large

Project Director

With over 30 years’ experience in mechanical engineering, Kevin has amassed sound management and operational efficiency skills, which distinguish him as a project leader.

Adam Loveland

MEP Director

Adam heads up our MEP Division having worked in M&E for over 20 years. Adam’s driven to ensure collaboration, innovation, and the delivery of excellence in every project.

Steve Wilson

Project Director

Steve’s experience within engineering services enables him to keep a tight grip on major projects around the country with a recent focus on large landmark London projects.

Ali Shoukat

Project Director

Ali’s years “on the tools”, the shop floor and in the drawing office has enabled him to manage projects with a keen eye on the finer project details.

Paul Tranah

Project Director

Paul’s in-depth technical knowledge of building services helps him to manage the expectations of project stakeholders and ensure that we overcome the many day-to-day construction challenges.

Simon Jones

Thermal Insulation & Fireprotection Director

Simon has over 20 years of thermal insulation project management and delivery experience within the construction sector and heads up our Fascel Thermal and Fire Protection Division.

David Baker

Estimating Manager

David has worked in Mechanical Services since 2000 and has great experience of the most efficient estimating processes for heating, chilled water, gas, drainage and domestic water services.

Martin has been an integral part of the business from the day it was founded, continuing to be heavily involved in business liaison and development. In 2008 Martin stood down as Managing Director and was appointed Chairman of Fascel after a restructure of the business.

Andy Carr

Managing Director

Andy was appointed Managing Director in 2009. His people skills have seen him develop strong relationships with suppliers, customers and staff alike, and he has a particular interest in health & safety legislation – one of his first jobs here was to secure both ISO 9001 and 14001.

John Earley

Project Director

John has spent the last 30 years developing an in-depth knowledge of the construction business. This, combined with his eye for detail, enterprising nature and intuitive client relationship skills earned him a Directorship at Fascel Group and a well-deserved place on the Board in 2005. John is instrumental in controlling quality and costs on large projects.
