Installation within a live office/studio environment.
Critical chilled installation, heating pipework, new roof bridge pipework installed to new AHU’s. Pipework to new computer sensitive areas. Public health installation to new toilet cores all system serving to new studios and offices.
Due to the programme restraints’ on this fast track project Fascel fabricated the majority of the works away from site including the screwed air handling unit valve sets additional saving time and additional labour requirements . This helped bring the project in on time and on budget whilst keeping our site management levels and prelims to reasonable levels .
All fabrication isometrics were developed from client issued working drawings and fitted perfectly when delivered to site with our own in house transport and hiab facility ensuring offloading was with ease whilst keeping our manual handling operations to a minimum .
