All pipework Pre-fabricated from our Luton Workshop under a full ISO9001 Quality assured Programme which was vetted by SIP during the our works.
5th floor plant room, 1st floor plantroom, risers in all 3no block up to 16” pipework. Boiler room on the 16th floor which distributed to all 3no blocks. All block had its own independent chilled plant.
The success of the project was down to the Pre-fabrication of the pipework within our Prefabrication Workshop in Luton enabling the site team to maintain progress in line with the programme and assist Skanska with reducing the Health & Safety issues on site.
The Luton based workshop was audited by Skanska Internal Audit Team to ensure the quality was maintained and the documentation was fully compliant.
