Materials pre-fabricated out of our workshop in Luton. Basement primary service pipework serving to the risers in 10” pipe.
Services provided AHU, Lthw, Steam condense and RAC (run-around coil).
8th Floor roof plant room and round around coil pipework.
7th Floor primary chilled to chiller RAC and AHU’s

Due to the programme restraints’ on this fast track project Fascel fabricated the majority of the works away from site saving time and additional labour requirements . This helped bring the project in on time and on budget whilst keeping our site management levels and prelims to reasonable levels .
All fabrication isometrics were developed from client issued working drawings and fitted perfectly when delivered to site with our own in house transport and hiab facility ensuring offloading was with ease whilst keeping our manual handling operations to a minimum .
