We apply high quality thermal insulation to ventilation ductwork, hot & cold system pipework, including storage tanks and vessels, primarily to reduce heat and prevent condensation moisture to conserve energy and improve the thermal efficiency during the lifespan of a building.
The installation of acoustic insulation to a building’s structure, ventilation ductwork, extract fans and drainage pipework helps to significantly reduce the effects of noise disturbance that can cause disruption to building environments and occupiers.
We will work with you to create cost effective, bespoke insulation covers for pipework valves, flanges, storage vessels, tanks, flues, and plate heat exchangers. The covers provide thermal insulation, fire rated & acoustic protection which are designed with quick-release fasteners for quick removal for ease of maintenance.
We undertake the installation of high-performance fire rated ductwork insulation compatible with leading ductwork systems for smoke extraction & kitchen extraction. This helps to slow the spread of flames and can protect the building structure whilst and allowing people valuable time to escape any fires.
To prevent a passage of fire and smoke for between ½ hour to 2-hour periods, we provide a variety of cost-effective solutions for passive fire protection of structural steelwork, mechanical, electrical and plumbing penetrations sealing openings.
The energy saving capabilities of trace heating systems can make it a cost cutting solution, while also minimising a building’s carbon footprint.
We provide electric trace heating systems to offer frost protection of pipework systems, storage vessels, guttering, underfloor heating, and surface heating while also providing constant hot water temperatures. HWS temperature heat maintenance trace heating systems also include leak detection systems.
