Fresh from the success of our name change to Fascel group, the transport facilities we have built up over a number of years have been awarded a prestigious accreditation.
The Fleet Operators Recognition Scheme (FORS) is a voluntary scheme for any businesses with transport, the purpose of which is to raise the quality within fleet operators and highlight the businesses achieving high standards.
Fascel has been awarded a Bronze accreditation by FORS, as we have demonstrated we are a high quality operator that is committed to becoming safer, greener and more efficient. According to the criteria set out by FORS a successful Bronze candidate “provides an operator with reassurance that their operation is being run safely, efficiently and in an environmentally sound manner.” Accredited companies display forward thinking and are proactive in maximising efficiency with systems in place to ensure this.
Throughout the audit a number of complimentary points were made about Fascel. The auditor stated: “The transport department is run by James McAlpine who is also the LGV driver. He keeps very good clear records and is a credit to the company.”
We have now officially received our Bronze FORS accreditation and are working towards our Silver and Gold awards.
